No walk breaks (not that I have anything against them, of course)
No pain
No soreness
No tightness
Yay! Stretches before and after. Three and a half hours later and everything still feels good.
Full disclosure I was ridiculously breathless at the end which means I pushed too hard but geez I was really not going fast. Average pace 11:21.
